I have to start by saying that I stumbled upon Diane during a showing of a property that another agent was suppose to show me, but couldnt make it. She was interested in what my story was about finding a new home. So I opened up to her explaining that I did own a condo and wanted to sell it to buy a new property. She wanted to see my condo right away, the same day. So I made an appointment for another day due to rush hour traffic that day. Diane was on time for our first meeting at my condo. She had already looked up the comps of other nearby similar properties and had given me an estimate that she thought the condo would sell for, based on neighborhood listings and closings of like properties. And with so much going on in my life at the time,new baby, new marriage. I could not clearly make a decision to put my condo on the market. But two weeks later I called her ready to list the place. When she came over to take pictures she helped out so much. We were both pushing and pulling furniture, she washed my kitchen cabinet doors,and even held my baby for me when I needed and extra hand. Diane was very patient with my pricing choices. She was never pushy with her own opinions,and she was attentive to my decisions. With lots of showings and two different offers, I sold my condo for my full asking price, not far from what her very first estimate was. Diane went over, above and beyond to help my family and I.
